The market for Isonat is being developed by Plant Fibre Technology Ltd based in Bangor in North Wales. The founder of the company, Gary Newman, has taken a leading role in the development of the hemp and flax fibre industries in the UK since the early 1990's. Plant Fibre Technology began supplying Isonat in 2005. Isonat has now been used with great success in new houses, renovations, historic buildings, housing association properties and public buildings, in projects geographically spread from the South West of England to the North of Scotland.

Although we use only UK grown hemp, Isonat is currently manufactured by our partners in France. This partner is an independent and pioneering manufacturer, committed to continuous innovation and to the vision that natural insulation can move from niche to mass markets.

We are expecting the market for Isonat to grow rapidly as the drive towards healthier and greener living gathers momentum. This means that production facilites will be established in the UK, and will be supplied with natural fibres grown on nearby farms.
